Attorney David Salvaggio of Morristown, NJ; ethical misfit  

The state of New Jersey presented David F. Salvaggio with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide client with requested copy of RESPA statement for the sale of their house for tax purposes

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Dave practices with the Salvaggio Law Group LLC in Morristown, New Jersey.
