Attorney James Key Jr. of Newark, NJ; ethical dwarf  

The state of New Jersey presented James Walter Key Jr. with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligently misappropriated (stole) over $18,000 of client funds
• Failed to maintain required accounting records

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Jimmy practices at 1 Riverfront Plaza in Newark, New Jersey.
