Attorney Allan Dzwilewski of Whippany, NJ; ethical misfit  

The state of New Jersey presented Allan P. Dzwilewski with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Allan guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Allan determined it was acceptable to assist a client in illegal conduct by acting as an intermediary to facilitate a fee arrangement that was prohibited pursuant to New Jersey law.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Allan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Allan practices with Schwartz Simon Edelstein & Celso LLC at 100 South Jefferson Road in Whippany, New Jersey.
