Attorney James Brady of Merchantville, NJ; ethical gremlin  

The state of Pennsylvania presented James Downey Brady with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Temple University of Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Committed numerous recordkeeping violations
• Commingled trust funds and personal funds
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jimmy!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jimmy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Jimmy practices at 11 West Walnut Avenue in Merchantville, New Jersey.
