Attorney William Begley of Cherry Hill, NJ; ethical dwarf  

The state of New Jersey presented William J. Begley with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy found it acceptable to notarize signatures on a real estate deed and affidavit of consideration despite the fact that he did not witness such events.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
