Attorney Elisa Ambrosio-Farias of Newark, NJ; ethical misfit  

The state of New Jersey presented Elisa C. Ambrosio-Farias with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Elisa guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Committed record keeping violations
• Made disbursements against uncollected funds

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Elisa by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Elisa practices with Ambrosio & Associates at 292 Lafayette Street in Newark, New Jersey.
