Attorney Jerry Screen Sr. of Columbia, SC; moronic repeater  

The State of South Carolina presented Jerry M. Screen Sr. with a law license in 1975after she graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to promptly notify third persons of receipt of funds they had an interest in
• Disobeyed obligation owed to tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jerry!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jerry’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Eddy punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Jerry practices at 1337 Gregg Street in Columbia, South Carolina.
