Attorney Charles Davenport of Ann Arbor; convicted crook

The state of Michigan provided Charles D. Davenport with a law license in 1973.

The Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #4 found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Charlie was convicted in the 15th District Court, of a misdemeanor for unemployment compensation misrepresentation with a loss of between $1,000 and less than $25,000.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tri-County Hearing Panel punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (March 2015), Charlie practices at 2481 Briarcliff Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
