Attorney Scott Gross of Macomb, MI; ethical misfit

The state of Michigan provided Scott W. Gross with a law license in 1989.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #101 found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly held funds other than that of client in an office trust account
  • Violated or attempted to violate the rules of professional conduct
  • Deposited personal funds in excess of amount necessary to pay financial institution charges of fees

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tri-County Hearing Panel punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (March 2015), Scotty practices at 51994 Watkins Glen Drive in Macomb, Michigan.
