Attorney Cecil Summers of Winston Salem, NC; imbecile

The state of North Carolina provided Cecil C. Summers with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Campbell University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar has charged Cecil with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act with competence in domestic case (imbecile)
• Failed to adequately communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Cecil by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Cecil practices at 4265 Brownsboro Road in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
