Jeffrey’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree – 2012 reprimand

In early 2011, Jeffrey sold Phillips & Associates Bankruptcy Law Center to attorney David Wroblewski. However, Jeffrey failed to notify his bankruptcy clients of the proposed sale. As a result, Jeff’s client were not aware that he intended to sell his bankruptcy practice to Wroblewski; that they had a lawful right to retain other counsel or to take possession of their files; or that, if they did not object within 90 days, their consent to the transfer of their files to Wroblewski’s firm would be presumed to be lawful.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Jeffrey practices with the Phillips Law Group PC at 3101 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
