Attorney Gregory Falk of Bakersfield, CA; repeat offender

The state of California provided Gregory Peter Falk with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

The State Bar Court found Gregory guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Gregory failed to perform any meaningful work on a client’s behalf for two (2) years on an adoption case.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Gregory’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfits Apple Tree.

Gregory previously received a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct. He also received a complimentary reproval for two counts of failing to communicate with a client.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Gregory by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gregory.

As we speak (ca. August 2013) Gregory practices at 5100 California Avenue in Bakersfield, California.
