Attorney Suzanne Land of Cincinnati, OH; convicted felon

The state of Ohio presented Suzanne Prieru Land with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Case Western University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Suzie guilty of engaging in the following conduct.

• Created fraudulent documents in relation to estate-planning matters for three clients
• Convicted of corruptly endeavoring to obstruct and impede the due administration of the Internal Revenue Service
• Sentenced by the federal court to five years of probation, including three years of home detention
• Acted with a dishonest or selfish motive
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Suzie gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2022), Suzie practices her so-called brand of law at 151 West Fourth Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
