Attorney Marvin Abrams of Pittsburgh, convicted tax cheat
The state of Pennsylvania presented Marvin Adams with a law license in 1982.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Marvin guilty of the following misconduct.
Marvin pleaded guilty to two counts of willful failure to file federal income tax returns for two consecutive years. Marvin was subsequently sentenced to four months of imprisonment at a federal penitentiary, followed by four months of house detention and one year of probation.
