Attorney Nikki Bonner of Atlanta; lying loser
The Georgia Supreme Court erred when it presented Nikki Giovanni Bonner with a law license in 2004.
The Georgia State Bar found Nikki guilty of the following misconduct, all of which Nikki admitted to being true.
-
Failed to timely respond to defense discovery request
-
Client’s pleadings struck for the record
-
Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
-
Attorney fees awarded against client to opposing counsel
-
Two times attorney fees charged against Nikki in favor of opposing counsel
-
Appeal thwarted because Nikki didn’t have funds to pay appeal bond
-
Filed for protective order re: deposition even though he knew there were no meritorious grounds for filing the motion
-
Provided untrue (false) answers during his deposition
-
During his deposition refused to answer most of the questions
-
Deposition conduct led court to find Nikki in contempt
-
Court ordered Nikki incarcerated until he answered deposition questions
-
Obstructed opposing counsel’s efforts to obtain relevant evidence
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Nikki by gifting him with a 180-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. Dec 2011) Nikki practices with N. Giovanni Bonner & Associates, P.C. at 3500 Lenox Road in Atlanta, Georgia.
