► Attorney Gino Alia of Kenosha, WI; congenital liar |
Attorney Gino Alia of Kenosha, WI; congenital liar The state of Wisconsin provided Gino Michael Alia with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School
The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Gino guilty of the following misconduct.
In his zeal for victory during a trial in district court, Gino presented a witness report he had personally altered. He also presented the false testimony of an expert witness to the jury, which is defined as subornation of perjury. The expert witness cheerfully provided false (perjured) testimony to the court and the jury.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Gino by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
Because Attorney Misfits in Wisconsin are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Gino was never criminally charged for subornation of perjury and/or obstruction of justice.
As we speak (ca. June 2012) Gino practices law with DuMex, Dunn & McTeman at 6633 Green Bay Road in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
