The state of Arizona presented Carl Robert Anderson with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.
The Arizona State Bar found Carl guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to file an answer on behalf of the company in a breach of contract matter

Failed to respond to the defendant’s motion for summary judgment.

Failed to respond to a request for admissions

Failed to respond to the motion to deem the requests admitted

Failed to respond motion for partial summary judgment

Gross negligence led trial court ordering admissions submitted to client by defense counsel to be admitted as true

Court awarded partial judgment of $55,000 against client due to failure to file response to defense counsel’s motion for summary judgment

Failed to respond to second defense motion for summary judgment that then led to the trial court entering a judgment for $67,250 against his client

Failed to respond to at least two letters from opposing counsel regarding settlement of his client’s claims
-
Failed to respond to motions involving requests for judgment and award of attorney fees

Court granted opposing counsel’s request, dismissed all of the client’s claims and entered judgment against the client for $4,467.00
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and ordered to pay investigative costs of $1,200.00.
