Attorney Tobin Wolfe of Lincoln, NE; cheating moron

The state of Nebraska presented Tobin D. Wolfe with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Tobin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent legal services (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Violated his oath of office as an attorney
• Failed to timely account for fee claims
• Failed to timely refund unearned fees upon termination [cheater]
• Failed to cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Tobin!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Tobin by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2018), Tobin practices with Tobin Wolfe Law LLC at 330 South 10^th Street in Lincoln, Nebraska.
